I had the honor of attending a mindfulness retreat at KitFox in 2023, and when I left, my perspective and approach to work life balance and where I focus my energy completely shifted. It literally changed my life, and I wanted to give that gift to others.
In my time at Move., in serving my community, and in the corporate world, I’ve designed and led countless events and classes. Why not design something combining mindfulness, creativity, movement, community, spiritual (if not a little woo woo) activities, and amazing food and drinks into one long weekend?!
KitFox provides the perfect venue and experience to bring this vision to life! So I grabbed Georgia and said, ‘let’s do this!’

The Soul Refresh retreat is geared towards women who are seeking to push the reset button on their busy lives, and those who have an interest in mindful movement, glamping, disconnection from tech, spiritual activities such as lunar cycles, meditation, astrology, herbology, and more. The retreat is designed with the attendees in mind, and we’ll be partnering with them directly as we finalize the agenda, to ensure the outcomes meet their needs. We want our guests to leave feeling rejuvenated and energized, not over stimulated or exhausted.
(For liability purposes, this event is restricted to women age 21+. For more information about the location and accessibility, see staykitfox.com )

You’re camping, but in a comfy bed, with incredible food, and running water! You’ll be staying in a sturdy canvas bell tent with luxury bedding, lamps, and fresh water. Towels are provided, and the pristine bath house with showers, toilets, and sinks is just down the path. There are no electrical outlets, so do not worry about bringing your hairdryer. :) Charging packs for phones are provided, but use of phones is discouraged except for taking pics. (there’s no wifi service)

There is no wifi or cell service. :) We will provide an emergency phone number for you to share with your family, and of course, we can help with outgoing calls if needed. We highly encourage guests to leave their phones in their tents, or use them only for taking the pics. Also, the electrical outlets in the main bunk can be used to charge phones, but they cannot accommodate things like laptops or hairdryers. We promise you won’t miss this stuff!
